Meet Ciara Palmieri

Ciara Palmieri is a senior at Mamaroneck High School. She has been in the video program at MHS since sophomore year and is an active member in the student lead MHS Info team which delivers weekly school wide information and segments. Her favorite aspects of creating films are: directing, editing, and most of all being behind the camera working on cinematography to better tell a story. She has worked further to develop her skills while attending summer courses at Purchase College and Savannah College of Art and Design. In the summer of 2024, Ciara was selected into the LMC Media Aspiring Filmmaker Program.  In addition to film Ciara is a dedicated player on the MHS Varsity Softball team and a member of the stage crew in the annual school Musical. She plans to pursue film & media studies in college in order to become a director, cinematographer, producer, or, editor.
